We applaud, appreciate, and fully support school district plans to address bias and inequities in the school district. We are also aware some families are apprehensive to report incidences to their teachers, building administrators, or the central office for fear of being cast aside or having their complaint fall through the cracks.

In the meantime, until all students and staff share an equitable experience, PDN is committed to standing with families experiencing issues in these areas while also holding the district accountable to addressing them as needed.

If you encounter biased treatment at or related to school, we encourage you to report it here in addition to notifying building administration. Our network of parents will stand with you ensuring your complaint is acted upon.
